10 TIPS ON EATING FOR ENERGY…

  1. Eat food that is natural, whole, and alive
  2. Eat a balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats
  3. Eat breakfast every day
  4. Drink water
  5. Sleep eight to nine hours a day
  6. Do not eat late at night
  7. Eat at least every 3 hours
  8. Eat slowly

  7. Buy local in-season fruits and vegetables
  8. Snack on fruits
  9. Avoid high fat meats
  10. Eat fish 3 times a week or other source of omega3
